Rick started in the fastener industry as a manufacturers representative in 1981, covering Western New York for Rood & Associates Inc. Rick acquired Rood in 1997 and at that time, established Dexter & Associates Inc., based out of Mentor, Ohio. Rick currently covers all of Central to Northern Ohio as well as Western Pennsylvania and Michigan.
Doug started in the Fastener Industry in 1983. Based out of Dayton, Ohio. Doug covers Central to Southern Ohio, Kentucky, Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia
Debbie has been with Dexter & Associates Inc. since 1997. Debbie is responsible for all Internal Accounting & Office Management. Deb fills an important role in supporting all sales efforts at D&A.
